All matters regarding complaints are handled in writing by email to us via: reklamation@xactcuts.com When you contact us, always include your order number, reason for complaint, and a picture of the item you wish to complain about.

Please note that poor or incorrect installation is not a valid reason for a complaint. See our recommended installation instructions under the tab "Tint Film Installation".

In the event of shipping damage, we will replace damaged material with new at no cost to you as a customer. Report shipping damage in writing via email: reklamation@xactcuts.com
